These homes are being offered for rent in the following order of priority:

1. Newly appointed members of the Academic Senate
2. Existing members of the Academic Senate
3. Newly hired non-Senate Academic Personnel, non-Senate Senior Management Group staff (SMG), and Managers and Senior Profesionals staff (MSP)
4. Existing non-Senate Academic Personnel, non-Senate SMG staff, and MSP staff
5. Other University staff
