UCR Real Estate Services (RES) is the department responsible for negotiating, approving, and coordinating the execution of property easements and rights of way on all campus property. Real Estate Services seeks to execute strategic U.C. and Campus strategies in conjunction with our partners on and off campus, to the benefit of the UCR Mission.
